1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in the following conditions:The product is defective or damaged upon delivery. The product received is different from what was ordered. The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: We do not accept returns for the following reasons:Change of mind Wrong size / model selection by customer Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:Email: srentimaging@gmail.com Phone / WhatsApp: 85869 99848 Provide your Order ID and photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, ship the product back to our address.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment. For prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be transferred via bank or UPI.
Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.
4. Replacement
If the item is defective or wrong, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) instead of refund. Replacement will be processed after we receive the returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:Car perfumes and air fresheners (opened) Customized or personalized products Opened electronic accessories (if seal broken) Products damaged due to improper use
